AI leasing assistant for real estate teams

Every lead answered in seconds. Every showing on the calendar.

LeasePilot calls new rental leads the moment they arrive, qualifies them against your screening policy, and books showings on your agents’ calendars. Fair Housing compliance is built into every conversation, not bolted on.

  • Calls back inside your response window
  • Qualification decided by your rules, not the AI
  • Showings honor agent hours and priority
  • AI disclosure and recording notice on every call

The first response, done right every time

Speed to lead decides who gets the showing. LeasePilot makes the first call in seconds and runs the conversation exactly the way your best agent would on their best day.

Every lead called in seconds

A new inquiry from Zillow, your website or your CRM triggers a call within the window you set. No lead waits for someone to get off a showing.

Your screening policy, enforced by rules

Income, credit, pets, move-in, occupancy: you configure the questions and the thresholds. A rules engine decides qualification. The AI only asks and listens.

Showings booked on real calendars

Agent hours, priority order, minimum notice and next-day rules are honored. The showing lands on the agent’s calendar with the lead’s number and a reminder flow.

Text follow-up when calls miss

Missed calls fall back to a compliant text thread that can finish qualification and booking, with opt-out honored on every message.

Live monitoring, recordings, transcripts

Watch calls as they happen, read every transcript, listen to every recording, and see exactly which rule qualified or declined a lead.

Built for teams

Route by property, by priority agent or round robin. Agents can claim a lead before the AI dials, take a warm transfer mid-call, or request a callback.

How it works

Three steps between an inquiry and a confirmed showing. Your team is in the loop at every one of them.

01

A lead comes in

Portal inquiries, website forms, inbound calls to your number and CRM leads all flow into one queue, deduplicated by contact.

02

LeasePilot calls, qualifies, books

It introduces itself as an AI assistant, confirms the person, leads with the showing, asks only your required questions, and books a time that works for both sides.

03

Your agent shows up prepared

The agent gets the confirmed showing, the lead’s phone number, the answers, and the recording. An hour before, the lead is asked to confirm.

Compliance is code

Fair Housing and consent, enforced in software

An AI that talks to renters has to be held to a higher standard than a script. We built the guardrails into the platform so they cannot be skipped, even by accident.

  • Fair Housing on every call

The assistant never asks about or comments on protected characteristics, never steers, and describes every unit the same way for everyone.

  • Rules, not judgment

Qualification is decided by a deterministic rules engine using the policy you wrote. Vouchers count as income where the law requires it; assistance animals are never pets.

  • Reviewed after every conversation

Each transcript is classified for Fair Housing, TCPA and tone issues. A block flag stops automation for that lead until a person reviews it.

  • Consent and disclosure

AI disclosure on every call, recording notice by state, documented consent before any call or text, and STOP honored instantly.

Fits the stack you have

Leads sync from Follow Up Boss and write back with every call, note and outcome. Properties and units sync from DoorLoop. Agents connect Google Calendar once and their availability drives every showing offer. Keep the phone numbers you already own.

Made for leasing teams

Brokerages with rental divisions, property management companies and leasing offices with more inquiries than hours. Each organization gets its own isolated workspace, its own assistant persona, and its own policies, hours and routing.

Questions, answered

Does it sound like a robot?
No. Calls use natural voices with sub-second responses, and the assistant introduces itself as an AI on every call, which is both the law in a growing number of states and what callers prefer. A qualified lead typically books a showing in under three minutes.
What if the caller wants a person?
They get one. The assistant can warm-transfer to an on-duty agent with a whispered summary, schedule a callback at a time the caller names, or leave a task for the team. Agents can also claim any lead before the AI calls.
Who decides whether a lead qualifies?
Your policy does. The AI collects answers and hands them to a deterministic rules engine that applies the thresholds you configured. It never invents criteria, and every decision is logged with the rule that drove it.
How do you handle Fair Housing?
Fair Housing rules are injected into every conversation and cannot be turned off. The assistant never asks about or comments on protected characteristics, never steers, treats vouchers as income, and handles assistance animals correctly. Every completed conversation is reviewed by a compliance classifier, and a flagged call pauses automation for that lead.
Which systems does it connect to?
Follow Up Boss for leads and write-back, DoorLoop for property and unit sync, Google Calendar for agent availability and showing events, and Twilio numbers you already own. Website and portal leads arrive through webhooks.
Is my data separate from other companies?
Yes. Every organization is an isolated tenant enforced at the database level with row-level security. Recordings, transcripts and lead data belong to you and are never used to train models.
How is it priced?
A monthly platform fee per organization plus usage for calls and texts. Tell us your lead volume and we will send a quote the same day.
